Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located in the center of town, offering a peaceful yet convenient environment. The rooms exude an old, regal style named after the co-founder's wife, providing a top-notch experience. The service was commendable, with assistance readily available for any needs. However, a promised feedback was not received despite reminders. The dining options were diverse, though some dishes may be too salty for some palates.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, right next to Esplanade Park and within easy reach of many attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. However, the dining experience had some room for improvement with the limited breakfast options. The overall value for money was good, but there were additional charges for certain services.
Our stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms, although not the ones we reserved, were separated from the sleeping area by an entrance foyer. They were basic, and the spa facilities were also on the simpler side, could do with a little refresh. The service was particularly good in helping us plan our days, very helpful, and accommodating, but there was a little slip-up with our coffee order at breakfast. The location was ideal, right in the middle of everything, which was great for winter, offering a courtyard view and being near most attractions. The dining experience was outstanding, especially since other places were closed, making the hotel restaurant a savior. The facilities were up to par.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccable and well-kept, making me feel welcomed the next morning. Access to the Upper Lounge was a fantastic bonus, but there were slight attentiveness issues with the service. The location was perfect, allowing me easy access to the city's attractions and shopping areas. The dining experience fell short, but the overall value for money was reasonable.
Staying at the Executive King suite was a royal experience, with well-appointed traditional decor and ample space. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful, going the extra mile to assist us in finding alternative travel arrangements to Berlin. The central location in Helsinki provided easy access to shopping and a peaceful atmosphere, although maintaining peace could have been improved. Dining offered a wide variety of warm and freshly made dishes, though some may find certain menu items overly salty. Overall, a luxurious stay with room for improvements in service attentiveness.
